«Integrated-Optical Systems» Company Limited was established in 2008 by integrated optics on heterostructures laboratory employees of Ioffe Physical Technical Institute. Since 1985 the laboratory has been engaged in research of formation methods of short optical impulses with the use of modern hi-tech semiconductor heterostructures. During the years of work the laboratory has gained vast expertise in development of optoelectronic microwave devices and equipment for radiation and registration of short light impulses in pico — and femtosecond ranges. The results of research activity have been always notable for distinctive novelty and prospectivity, which has been proved by 12 copyright certificates, 5 patents and more than hundred of scientific papers.

Nowadays the Company is engaged in manufacturing of picosecond lasers up to 200 GHz and their certification. In the disposal of the Company there are modern measuring facilities for time and spectral parameters of optical and electric signals and also the technological equipment for producing optoelectronic devices on the basis of modern nanoheterostructures.
